Product Condition: 

You have read and fully understand the condition (New, Refurbished, Reconditioned, Like New, etc..) of the product(s) that you are purchasing. You shall not hold Accessories4less or its employees liable for not realizing and/or reading completely the condition of all products purchased. The product condition is stated within the description of the item under the heading "Item Condition" and on the final checkout page before you place your order. 

Price Protection:

If, within 7 days from your date of purchase, you see that we've discounted the price of the item you ordered, let us know while that lower price is in effect and we'll refund the difference. ALL prices are posted at the time of purchase. This excludes FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS & special purchases (i.e. bundled items, closeouts, manufacturer discounts, eBay & Amazon purchases, etc.)

Errors: 

While Accessories4less tries to verify all information contained within our website, we are not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect information from the manufacturers. Should you notice an error, please feel free to bring it to our attention and we will do everything to verify the information and have it corrected in a timely fashion.

Free Shipping Offers:

Free shipping offers apply to the Continetal US only and are shipped via regular ground service.

Order Cancellation:

Accessories4less reserves the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:

• your billing information is not correct or not verifiable;
• your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud;
• there was an error in the price quote;
• we could not deliver to the address provided by you.

 Returns:

 Any item may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase.  Items damaged in shipping are returned at no cost to our customers. If you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable plus you could be charged a 15% restocking fee.  

• All Returns Require Prior Authorization
  Please visit our website and follow the link to Questions (left side of page). Next click on the bold term Request a Return or Exchange at the Customer Service Help Desk. Enter all info requested, and allow up to 2 business days for a response. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

• Return of FREE SHIPPED ITEMS
  ALL items that are shipped for free, either by promotion or default, will be assessed a 10% restocking fee or the cost of the shipping charges (lesser of the two) to cover original shipping and processing charges incurred by Accessories4less. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

• Return of New or Refurbished Items
  Accessories4less allows you to return any factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your date of purchase. You may choose a refund minus original shipping charges or a product exchange. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

• Return of Defective Items
  Accessories4less allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. Please follow instructions above for "All Return Require Prior Authorization". Merchandise found to be non-defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees will be assessed for missing hardware. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number

• Non-Returnable Items
  Accessories4less is unable to accept returns of the following items:
  • Cut-to-length wire/cable
  • Special order merchandise
  • Projection bulbs
  • Any product with a service activation feature

   

• eBay Purchases
  EXCHANGE FOR IDENTICAL ITEM ONLY. NO REFUNDS!

• Packaging Your Return
  Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the ORIGINAL CARTON, all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.

• Return Shipping Costs
  You are responsible for shipping any returned product. Accessories4less will pay for return shipping of a defective item only if it is being returned for an exchange. We will not pay for the return of any item being returned for a refund. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, Accessories4less will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number

• Refused packages
  Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges.

• Processing Time
  Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing

• Low Stock / Out of Stock Items
  Should your item be defective and Accessories4less either has low stock or no stock of the item, we reserve the right to have the item sent for servicing at our discretion.
