Limitation of Liability
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ACCESSORIES4LESS, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, HARM TO EQUIPMENT AND/OR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF ACCESSORIES4LESS, INC. OR A ACCESSORIES4LESS, INC. AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOUR USE OF MATERIALS FROM THIS SITE RESULT IN THE NEED FOR SERVICING, REPAIR OR CORRECTION OF ANY ITEM YOU ASSUME ANY COST THEREOF. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of the Site, or to any products or services sold or distributed by us or Accessories4less.com will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to us at Accessories4less, Attention Legal Depart, 2590 Clark Street, Apopka FL 32703. The arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org or by calling 1-800-778-7879. Payment of all filing, administration and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed location.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.
Shipping Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 2pm est, we ship the same day. After 2pm est, and before 4pm est, please select the Rush Shipping option to have it shipped the same day. This excludes weekends, holidays, Amazon, eBay orders or ANY order that requires additonal payment/address verification. If you absolutely must have your order on a specific date, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 407-859-3335 to verify when the order will be shipped.
FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery®
The money-back guarantee for FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery® services will be suspended temporarily for packages tendered during the 14 calendar days before Dec. 25, (Dec. 11 through Dec. 24).
Consistent with our FedEx Service Guide, the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for on-time delivery for the following FedEx Express® services will be suspended temporarily on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016, and from Friday, Dec. 16, through Saturday, Dec. 24, 2016, for shipments that reach their destinations within 90 minutes of the scheduled commitment time.

You have read and fully understand the condition (New, Refurbished, Reconditioned, Like New, etc..) of the product(s) that you are purchasing. You shall not hold Accessories4less or its employees liable for not realizing and/or reading completely the condition of all products purchased. The product condition is stated within the description of the item under the heading "Item Condition" and on the final checkout page before you place your order.
All items marked as *Sold exclusively within the US only. No shipments allowed outside the US! cannot be sold or shipped outside of the U.S. If items are taken to another country, the warranty is void. Should the item be defective, either immediately or at a future date, the customer will be responsible for any and all costs to have the item repaired, including shipping. You may return the item for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase, but you will be responsible for ALL shipping costs incured.
While Accessories4less tries to verify all information contained within our website, we are not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect information from the manufacturers. Should you notice an error, please feel free to bring it to our attention and we will do everything to verify the information and have it corrected in a timely fashion.
Free Shipping Offers:
Free shipping offers apply to the Continetal US only and are shipped via regular ground service.
Accessories4less reserves the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
- your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud
- there was an error in the price quote
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you
Any item purchased from Accessories4less.com may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items damaged (physical shipping damage) in shipping are returned at no cost to our customers.
All items returned for a refund WILL BE assessed an automatic restocking fee as follows. 5% for refurbished or new unopened items. 10% for items sold as new and have been opened and/or used. Shipping costs incurred & paid to Fedex are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount also (regardless of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping".). These fees apply to ALL RETURNS for REFUND unless you received the wrong item, a physically damaged product due to shipping damage, or the fee is prohibited by law.
Accessories4less will replace any defective item purchased from Accessories4less.com within 30 days from date of purchase that it has determined to be defective. Shipping charges for defective exchanges will be paid for by Accessories4less or the manufacture, including return shipping cost and cost to ship the replacement. Prepaid shipping will apply to Fedex ground shipping charges only. No prepaid air shipping is offered. See below for required authorization approval. Prepaid exchanges apply to the Continental US only!
All Returns Require Prior Authorization
Please go to our website at www.accessories4less.com and click on the "RETURN AN ITEM" link at the bottom of any page under customer service. A new window will open and click on “Request a Return or Exchange”. Enter all info requested, and allow up to 2 business days for a response. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 5 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Items cannot be returned without the original packaging. Non-defective products returned to us for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment less any cost we incurred in connection to shipping the product, regardless of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping". All items returned for a refund WILL BE assessed an automatic restocking fee as follows. 5% for refurbished or new unopened items. 10% for items sold as new and have been opened and/or used. These fees apply unless the item is defective, damaged, you received the wrong item, or the fee is prohibited by law. Items returned incomplete (original boxes, accessories, remote, power cord, etc.) will be automatically assessed an additional 5% restocking fee or the cost of missing items, whichever is greater.
Defective Products returned to us for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment less any cost we incurred in connection to shipping your product to you, regardless of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping" If the item is being returned as “defective”, it will be fully tested upon return. If no defect is found, an automatic restocking fee as follows. 5% for refurbished or new unopened items. 10% for items sold as new and have been opened and/or used. Any missing accessories cost will be reduced from the refund amount.
Accessories4less is unable to accept returns of the following items:
- Cut-to-length wire/cable
- Special order merchandise
- Projection bulbs
- Any product with a service activation feature
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the ORIGINAL CARTON, all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Items cannot be returned without the original packaging.
Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For identical even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)
Home Theater Packages
Defective items contained within home theater packages, are sent in for repair only. As home theater packages are a serialized product, we cannot exchange any part of it.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any returned product. Acessories4less (or the manufacturer) will pay for return shipping (continental US only) of a defective item only if it is being returned for an exchange within 30 days of date of purchase (replacement items are sent via FedEx Ground ONLY!). We will not pay for the return of any item being returned for a refund, regardless of the reason. Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 5 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number
Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges
No returns accepted. If you have a problem, you can request a defective exchange only within 14 days from Date of Purchase.
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing
Low Stock / Out of Stock Items
Should your item be defective and Accessories4less either has low stock or no stock of the item, we reserve the right to have the item sent for servicing at our discretion
