Shipping Cutoff Time:
Orders placed before 2pm est will be shipped the same day. This excludes weekends, holidays, eBay orders or ANY order that requires additonal payment/address verification. If you absolutely must have your order on a specific date, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 407-859-3335 to verify when the order will be shipped.
FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery®
The money-back guarantee for FedEx Ground® and FedEx Home Delivery® services will be suspended temporarily for packages tendered during the 14 calendar days before Thursday, Dec. 25, 2014 (Thursday, Dec. 11, through Wednesday, Dec. 24).
Consistent with our FedEx Service Guide, the FedEx Money-Back Guarantee for on-time delivery for the following FedEx Express® services will be suspended temporarily on Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014, and from Thursday, Dec. 18, through Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2014, for shipments that reach their destinations within 90 minutes of the scheduled commitment time.

You have read and fully understand the condition (New, Refurbished, Reconditioned, Like New, etc..) of the product(s) that you are purchasing. You shall not hold Accessories4less or its employees liable for not realizing and/or reading completely the condition of all products purchased. The product condition is stated within the description of the item under the heading "Item Condition" and on the final checkout page before you place your order.
All items marked as *Sold exclusively within the US only. No shipments allowed outside the US! cannot be sold or shipped outside of the U.S. If items are taken to another country, the warranty is void. Should the item be defective, either immediately or at a future date, the customer will be responsible for any and all costs to have the item repaired, including shipping. You may return the item for a refund within 30 days of date of purchase, but you will be responsible for ALL shipping costs incured.
If, within 7 days from your date of purchase, you notify us that we've discounted the price of the item you ordered, let us know while that lower price is in effect and we'll refund the difference. ALL prices are posted at the time of purchase. Price protection is suspended from Friday November 21st thru Tuesday December 23rd. Price Protection excludes Holiday Specials (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), Promotional Pricing, FREE SHIPPING PROMOTIONS & special purchases (i.e. bundled items, Deal of the Day, closeouts, manufacturer discounts, eBay purchases, etc.)
While Accessories4less tries to verify all information contained within our website, we are not responsible for typographical errors or incorrect information from the manufacturers. Should you notice an error, please feel free to bring it to our attention and we will do everything to verify the information and have it corrected in a timely fashion.
Free Shipping Offers:
Free shipping offers apply to the Continetal US only and are shipped via regular ground service.
Accessories4less reserves the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in (amongst others) the following situations, without being liable for any damage or costs:
- your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
- your order is flagged up by our security systems as an unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud
- there was an error in the price quote
- we could not deliver to the address provided by you
Any* item may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items damaged (physical shipping damage) in shipping are returned at no cost to our customers. If you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable plus you may be charged a 15% restocking fee.
IF THE ITEM IS BEING RETURNED AS "DEFECTIVE", IT WILL BE FULLY TESTED UPON RETURN. IF NO DEFECT IS FOUND, A 15% RESTOCKING FEE WILL BE ASSESSED
Non-Defective returns will be assessed a 15% restocking fee if repackaging is required. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received in (Original Box, all bags intact, all accessories included, etc
Home Theater Packages
Defective items contained within home theater packages, are sent in for repair only. As home theater packages are a serialized product, we cannot exchange any part of it.
All Returns Require Prior Authorization
Please visit our website and follow the link to Questions (left side of page). Next click on the bold term Request a Return or Defective Exchange at the Customer Service Help Desk. Enter all info requested, and allow up to 2 business days for a response. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Non-defective Products returned to us for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment less our actual cost we incurred in connection to shipping your Product to you regardless of any amount you may have been charged including promotional "Free Shipping".

Accessories4less is unable to accept returns of the following items:
Special order merchandise
Any product with a service activation feature
14 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE TO RETURN FOR EXCHANGE OR REFUND. RETURN SHIPPING IS NOT PAID BUY ACCESSORIES4LESS REGARDLESS OF THE REASON FOR THE RETURN.
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the ORIGINAL CARTON, all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.
Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For identical even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any returned product. Acessories4less (or the manufacturer) will pay for return shipping of a defective item only if it is being returned for an exchange within 30 days of date of purchase. We will not pay for the return of any item being returned for a refund, regardless of the reason. Returned merchandise must be postmarked no later than 7 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number
