Ixos Defective Product Replacement Terms

Any product damaged by the user or installer will not be replaced. This includes all of the following, but not limited to:

Connectors being ripped off the cable. With the multiple solder joints, the clamping built in to our product and the injected inner moldings we design, we find it impossible for a connector to fall off under normal use
Cuts in the jacket
Cables run through a wall which are not UL CL rated
Melted jackets
Bent connectors
Any signs of physical abuse
