Return Policy

Any item may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. Damaged items are returned at no cost to our customers. If you simply change your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable plus a possible 15% restocking fee.

All Returns Require Prior Authorization
Please visit our website and follow the link to Questions (left side of page). Next click Returns or Exchanges at the Customer Service Help Desk. Enter all info requested, and allow up to 2 business days for a response. Any item returned without authorization will be refused. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Return of FREE SHIPPED ITEMS
ALL items that are shipped for free, either by promotion or default, will be assessed a 10% restocking fee or the cost of the shipping charges (lesser of the two) to cover original shipping and processing charges incurred by Accessories4less. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Return of New or Refurbished Items
Accessories4less allows you to return any factory-sealed and unopened merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. You may choose a refund minus original shipping charges or a product exchange. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing. All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Return of Defective Items
Accessories4less allows you to return defective merchandise within 30 days of your purchase date. Please follow instructions above for "All Return Require Prior Authorization". Merchandise found to be non-defective may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees will be assessed for missing hardware. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories4less is unable to accept returns of the following items:

Cut-to-length wire/cable
Special order merchandise
Projection bulbs
Any product with a service activation feature

EXCHANGE FOR IDENTICAL ITEM ONLY. NO REFUNDS!
Packaging Your Return
Returned merchandise must include all factory packed accessories in the ORIGINAL CARTON, all ORIGINAL PACKAGING and with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Incomplete returns will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for shipping any returned product. In the case that you exchange a defective product for a new product, Accessories4less will provide and pay for the outbound shipping for replacement merchandise. Returned merchandise must arrive no later than 10 days after we provide you with a Return Authorization Number.
Refused packages
Customers will receive less than full credit on any merchandise returned to sender as either refused or undeliverable (other than freight damaged goods) due to return shipping charges.
Processing Time
Returns meeting the conditions outlined above will be processed within 5 business days following receipt. Processing may be slightly extended during peak business periods. Credit to your card may take up to 30 days to post after processing.
Low Stock / Out of Stock Items
Should your item be defective and Accessories4less either has low stock or no stock of the item, we reserve the right to have the item sent for servicing at our discretion.
